1.  Please read our terms and conditions to see if this suits your bill payment needs.

2.  Print the enrollment form, fill in the information requested and return the form with a voided check from your bank account to:

3.  Continue to pay your Ponderosa billing invoice normally until you receive a notice on your invoice that your Auto-Pay account has become active and your account has been paid by automatic bank draft.
